Event Drop down

This will be a drop-down that the user can select from. As the hapi user, you will need to add the event names to the look-up data. 

The reason we are going to do it this way is if we did it from live events when they were unpublished, this would automatically remove them. This will give you more control over what shows up and when.

Donation comments limits

  • Allow the hapi admin to set a character limit on the in-memory addition fields.
  • If the field allows over 100 characters hapi will send 100 characters to the sky API and the full message to the hapi donations report

 

Surname Validation

To allow for end users to enter Mc and Mac surnames, we will be updating the validation to

  • First character always upper case
  • Second character always lowercase
  • Allow caps after second character

 

Event Ticket Stock

  • To allow hapi admin to enable stock but hide the values from the front end.

 

Processing Fees  - Events

  • To allow hapi admin to switch processing fees off on particular events.
  • To allow hapi admin to activate an option to auto-remove the processing fees if the end-user chooses invoice request.
    • If this is activated this will provide the user with a notification letting them know it has been removed from their basket.

Event attendees - Reporting

If your hapi admin configures your event to allow attendees with no details, we will add a new row to your reports for each attendee. The name of the attendee will simply be Guest of "Lead Bookers Name"

 

Careers Update

It has been requested that the font size on the application is increased. 

 

Payment Receipt 

You will be able to turn off the payment receipt and just send your donors an email automation. This will allow their first communication after their transaction to be fully personalised. 

 

Social Icon

We will be updating the Twitter logo to the new X logo.  If you have uploaded your own social icons this won't effect your hapi website.  But if you are using hapi's inbuilt social icons this will change to the X logo.
