Line height

To give you further control over how your website looks, you have been requested to set the line height for your standard and alternative fonts for desktop and mobile.

We will also be reviewing the UI, providing you as a administrator with a clearer view.

Barcode in email for events

Generate a barcode image of the order number so users can use their email as tickets, allowing you to scan participants in quickly at events.

Event - HDYHAU

We are enabling the option for you to customise the title of the "How Did You Hear About Us" question during the event checkout.

Loqate added to web forms

We are introducing a new feature to your non-checkout web forms, allowing you to incorporate Loqate. This addition aims to enhance the quality of data on your web forms, which is particularly beneficial if you are utilising them for purposes such as Gift Aids or similar applications.

Events: Company Field

We recently gave you the capability to include the company in participant details. We are now enhancing this feature by allowing you to edit the title of this field. If you prefer to refer to it as something different, such as "organisation," you will be able to make that adjustment.

Billing address details in checkout

This update is to allow users to pay with someone else's card.

We will add a billing address section to the donation form and change the current billing address title to 'Your address.'

Then we add a new section for 'Billing address' that is pre-checked with 'Same as donors address'

If the donor unchecks the box, they are then able to add in the full details of the billing card they are using, such as title, name and billing address.

Please note only the donor address will be sent to the IM. The billing address is there for card security checks only.

Email: Order summary widget

We plan to incorporate the Gift Aid amount into the order summary email widget. This feature will indicate whether the customer has included a GiftAid and specify its value, displaying zero if GiftAid was not declared.

You will have the choice to activate this option on the widget.
