Donation Updates

• Donation Details Page

  • Ability to change the default tab on the donation details page like you can on the widget.

• Donation Motivation Updates

  • We plan to introduce a new section within your donation amounts category. This feature will empower you to pre-select the motivations displayed to users during the donation checkout process. Additionally, customisation options will be provided, allowing you to amend the title of the area and tailor your appeals and campaigns.

• Donation Report

  • We are set to introduce a new filter in the donations report specifically for "Donation Amounts." This enhancement will enable you to filter and categorise the various donation groups to which a user has contributed.

• Navigation

  • We will provide you with the option to decide whether the navigation should be hidden during the donation checkout. This feature aims to minimize distractions for the user, ensuring a smoother and more focused checkout process.

Update eCommerce Donation Title

Ability to edit the text on the donation widget for all products

Careers Update

Add an option to override the apply button to link to an external source rather than the inbuilt hapi forms.

Reconciliation Report

Produce one master report that has all transactions on to assist with reconciling transactions.

This would include order ID, stripe ID, customer name and total paid.

Event Updates

• Dedications Report

  • Add filter options the same as events report to enable you to download specific reports from hapi.

• Unpublished Events

  • When an event is unpublished you have requested that hapi keeps the attendee records stored on this page.

• Event Bookings

  • At the moment, hapi stops taking event bookings when the stock runs out or the event date passes. You have requested an option to switch off event bookings at any time as an override in case sales stop before the event start date. This has been requested to apply to events and dedications.

• Event CTA button

  • Edit the CTA on the button that leads through to the event sign-up page.

    It currently says continue, but it has been requested to edit, so you could change this to buy now or purchase tickets.

Intgration Manager Update

We are set to launch a new feature that enables you to regenerate CSVs containing past data, providing you with the flexibility to re-export this information as needed.
